What Yostar Says
Azur Lane’s global version is governed by Yostar’s Terms of Use, which state that “you may not sell, gift, trade, or transfer your User account to any other User for any reason whatsoever.” There is no official account market, and Yostar does not publish authorised third-party Gems sellers.
The enforcement that matters day to day is quieter than bans: account recovery. Support treats the original registrant as the owner, which decides every dispute before it starts.
The Official Route: In-Game Gems
Gems are sold in game, and the top-up stores that list Azur Lane (Codashop in some regions, SEAGM, Kaleoz, LootBar) sell the same currency without a Yostar endorsement we could find. A legitimate top-up never needs your password — if a service asks for your login, it is buying on your account, not topping it up.
What Can Go Wrong
- Original-owner recovery. A traded account stays recoverable by its first owner through Yostar support at any time — the single biggest risk in this market, and no marketplace guarantee removes it.
- Terms breach. The transfer itself breaks the Terms of Use, so support owes a traded account nothing.
- Wrong server. Azur Lane runs multiple servers; a top-up or account for the wrong one is money spent in the wrong place.
- Login-based services. Any seller holding your credentials holds the account.
Red Flags to Avoid
- Sellers claiming account trading is “allowed by Yostar”.
- A top-up that asks for your password or email login.
- Listings that do not name the server.
- Payment only by crypto, gift cards or bank transfer.
If You Decide to Go Ahead
We can’t make an account purchase allowed by Yostar’s Terms. If you still use the marketplaces on our Azur Lane page, use buyer protection, confirm the server, change every credential you can, and pay with a method you can dispute. For Gems, the reviewed top-up stores are listed on the same page.
Lower-Risk Alternatives
Buy Gems in game, and lean on how generous the game is with free cubes and resources through events, commissions and the War Archives — most veteran fleets are built more on time than on Gems.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is buying an Azur Lane account allowed?
No. Yostar’s Terms of Use ban account sales, gifts, trades and transfers for any reason.
Can the original owner take a traded account back?
Yes — support treats the original registrant as the owner, so a traded account stays recoverable by its first owner indefinitely.
Are there official Azur Lane top-up partners?
None that Yostar names. Gems are sold in game; third-party top-up stores sell without a published endorsement.
