It says the studio strictly enforces its Terms of Use against exploits and real-money trading, and that engaging in RMT, both buying and selling, will result in a permanent account ban. How Enforcement Has Worked in Practice
After a gold exploit following the 1.0 launch, the developers reported reviewing gold activity at the account level and banning accounts involved in illegal gold acquisition, along with accounts that used an item-duplication exploit. They also said they would continue to ban accounts associated with RMT services, buying and selling alike, and that these bans remove large amounts of gold from the economy.
