What the Official Rules Say
Once Human’s fair play announcement (July 2024) lists penalties by offence. Detected cheats mean permanent bans; mass account creation, scripts and mass exploits mean permanent bans; exploiting bugs for resources means confiscation of profits and temporary or permanent bans; and profiting from cheats “through teaming or trading” means warnings, confiscation and temporary bans. Permanent bans run 30, 180, 360 or 3,600 days, or for life.
The weekly reports keep coming: the one for December 19 to 25, 2025 banned 404 players and says banned accounts are checked for linked “alt” accounts, which are banned too.
Account Sharing Is on You
The rules apply penalties to the account itself: if someone else’s actions get your account banned, Starry Studio says the ban can’t be lifted, and it advises against sharing accounts. That covers boosting and “farm-for-you” services that log in as you, and accounts bought from a seller who may have used cheats or alts on them.
What That Means for Buyers
- Items and resources that came from exploits or cheats can be confiscated from whoever holds them.
- Bought accounts carry their history; a later ban for something the seller did can’t be appealed on that basis.
- Alt links mean a ban on a seller’s main account can reach accounts linked to it.
Red Flags to Avoid
- Very large resource bundles at low prices, which usually come from exploits.
- Services that need your login to farm for you.
- Accounts with no history of how they were levelled.
