What the Terms Say
Century Games publishes no authorised third-party account market, and its terms frame everything in the game as a licence: virtual goods and the account itself are licensed to the player, not owned, and the licence is non-transferable. Eneba’s selling guide for this game summarises the enforcement side plainly: accounts using unauthorised services face immediate restrictions, suspension without appeal, and loss of all virtual goods and progress with no refunds.
Two practical consequences follow. An account sale breaches the licence however carefully it is escrowed — the transfer is the offence, not the payment method. And a login-based service of any kind (a “top-up” performed inside your account, a piloted boost) is an unauthorised service running on your city. The Player ID top-up is the one shape that involves neither: the seller never touches your account, and nothing is transferred.
The Official Routes
Century Games runs its own official store for the game, and Frost Stars are also sold in game and through the app stores. The reviewed third-party route is SEAGM’s Frost Star top-up: you enter your Player ID, pick a denomination, pay, and the Frost Stars land on your account — SEAGM’s own page states the delivery works exactly that way, with no login requested. SEAGM also publishes the publisher’s weekly purchase limits on the two largest packs: the 1,999 and 4,999 Frost Star packs can each be bought up to 20 times a week. Frost Stars spend in the in-game store on gift packs, or convert into Gems for direct spending — which is why the honest comparison for any Frost Star price is the official store’s price for the same pack.
What Can Go Wrong
- An account’s value is its State, and States cannot move. PlayerAuctions’ 71 offers at our check are listed by State and Furnace level (“State 1340 | Furnace 25”, “State 3537 | VIP 7 | 126M Power” in the live review snippets). A city is built inside one State’s alliance landscape; a bargain city in a dead or hostile State is worth a fraction of its Furnace level, and the listing title is the only State evidence you get before paying.
- Hero generations date an account like milk. The shelf prices on hero rosters by generation — PlayerAuctions’ own tier copy runs to Gen 10 heroes, with newer generations already announced beyond them. A roster that is meta today is a museum in two generations, and the seller knows which generation wall the account is about to hit.
- Recovery follows the original binding. The account hangs off a Google, Apple or Facebook login the seller created. Century’s recovery runs through those bindings and the original device data; a password change does not retire the seller’s claim.
- Login top-ups exist and are the worst shape. Some Frost Star sellers ask for your game login and buy inside your account. That is an unauthorised service on your city under the terms above, performed by a stranger holding your credential — for a product SEAGM delivers by Player ID alone.
Red Flags to Avoid
- Any Frost Star top-up that asks for your password, linked email or a verification code — Player ID delivery needs none of them.
- Account listings with no State named, or a State whose age and alliance picture the seller will not discuss.
- Power and Furnace claims with no in-game verification before escrow releases — both are screenshot-fakeable.
- A roster headlined by heroes several generations old, priced as if they were current.
- Prices far below SEAGM’s and the official store’s for the same Frost Star pack.
Buying Checklist
- Benchmark Frost Stars against the official store and SEAGM first, pack for pack, and respect the weekly limits SEAGM publishes on the 1,999 and 4,999 packs.
- Top up by Player ID only: tap your Chief avatar, copy the ID under your name, and check it digit by digit — a top-up credited to the wrong ID cannot be reversed.
- If you buy an account regardless: verify in game before escrow releases — Furnace / Fire Crystal level, VIP level, power, the hero roster by generation, and the State and its alliance landscape.
- Take the original linked login with the sale and change every password the same day; if the seller keeps the binding, the seller keeps the city.
- Keep payment inside PlayerGuardian escrow on PlayerAuctions and keep the order records.
The Safe Alternatives
Your own city compounds: the Furnace road to level 30 and into the Fire Crystal levels is long, but every Gem of it sits on an account whose bindings are yours — our leveling guide walks the road and our Gem farming guide covers the earnable income. If you spend, Frost Stars bought in the official store or by Player ID from SEAGM credit the city you built, under the one delivery shape the terms never touch.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you buy Whiteout Survival Frost Stars without giving your login?
Yes — that is the standard delivery. SEAGM’s Frost Star page describes it directly: enter your Player ID, select the amount, pay, and the Frost Stars are added to your account, where they buy packs in the in-game store or convert into Gems. No password, email or verification code is part of the process. A seller who asks for your login is choosing the dangerous shape on purpose.
Can you buy a Whiteout Survival account?
Marketplaces list them — PlayerAuctions had 71 account offers at our October 2026 check, rated 5.0 across 27 orders in the past two years — but Century Games’ terms make the account licence non-transferable, so the purchase itself is the breach, and recovery runs through the original platform binding the seller created. Price any account on what you can verify in game: Furnace and Fire Crystal level, VIP, power, hero generations, and the State it is stuck in.
What are Frost Stars actually for?
Frost Star is the top-up currency: SEAGM describes it as equivalent in value to cash inside the game — it buys anything in the in-game store and converts into Gems. In practice it buys gift packs, speedups, VIP progress and hero items without paying at the app-store till each time. The two largest packs (1,999 and 4,999 Frost Stars) carry a publisher weekly purchase limit of 20 each, per SEAGM.
Why does the State matter so much for an account?
Because the city cannot leave it. An account’s Furnace level, power and roster only have value inside its State’s alliance and competitive landscape — PlayerAuctions’ own listings and reviews are titled by State for that reason. A high-Furnace city in a dead or dominated State is worth far less than the same city in a live one, and no transfer moves it.
