RIVALS Keys Farming Guide: Daily Tasks, Prize Wheels & the Bundle Maths

Start with the honest framing this currency requires: Keys in RIVALS are mainly bought, not farmed. They are the case-opening currency, sold in the in-game shop as Robux bundles — the traded market exists because those same bundles change hands below shop price. Play does pay, through a daily loop of tasks, wheels and login rewards, and events add their own currency on top. This guide covers what play actually pays, what Keys are worth spending on, and how to judge any Key offer against the shop it undercuts.

Read This First: A Shop Currency With a Daily Trickle

There is no Key grind to optimise — there is a daily habit. The update record shows where play pays: Update 22 (September 4, 2026) put Prize Wheels behind Daily Tasks and added daily Login Rewards; the events add Event Tasks paying their own currency. Keys themselves sit in the shop as bundles (the market’s listings quote the Ultra bundle at 2,199 Robux and the Legendary at 4,999 Robux), so the earning question is really two questions: how much the free loop pays, and when a bundle — in the shop or from a seller — is priced fairly.

That framing protects you from the main scam shape in this market: anyone selling a “Key farming method” or generated Keys is selling something the game’s economy does not contain. Keys arrive from bundles, wheels and rewards, or they do not arrive.

The Free Supply: Tasks, Wheels and Login Rewards

The documented free loop has three parts. Daily Tasks are the engine: Update 22’s notes tie Prize Wheels to them, so the day’s tasks are worth finishing before anything else — the wheel is a reward layer on top of ordinary play, not a separate mode. Daily Login Rewards, added in the same update, pay for showing up: claim them even on days you cannot play a full session, because a missed day is the one reward no later session can recover. Event Tasks are the seasonal layer: Update 24’s Spooky Event (from October 16, 2026) pays Candy from Event Tasks, unlocked through the Daily Tasks, and Candy feeds the Spooky Prize Wheel.

Event currency has an expiry the base loop does not: the update log states Candy disappears when the event ends (the window runs to November 6, 2026, Pacific). Spend event currency inside its window — a hoarded event balance is a deleted one.

What Keys Actually Buy

Keys open Skin Cases — Cases 1, 2 and 3 trade on Eldorado’s market at $1.20 to $2 — and cases pay out weapon skins and cosmetics like the Spooky Prize Wheel’s Red Moon and Spider Crossbow. That is the whole sink: cosmetics. Keys do not buy power, which cuts both ways for a buyer: nothing you open makes you stronger, and nothing you skip makes you weaker. Price a Key purchase as a cosmetics purchase, against the specific case or skin you want, not as progression.

The discontinued end of the case economy is what prices accounts here: the Keyper skin was only ever obtainable from the Update 5 and 6 bundles, so it cannot be opened today at any Key price — it only changes hands with whole accounts, which is why the account market exists and why our buying guide treats it separately.

The Bundle Ladder: Shop vs Market

Eldorado’s own published marketplace ranges price the ladder: Key Bundle $0.50 to $1, Mega $1 to $2, Super $2.30 to $4, Ultra $11 to $16, Legendary $27 to $38. Against that, the shop’s Robux anchors (Ultra at 2,199R, Legendary at 4,999R, per marketplace listing titles) are the benchmark — a traded bundle is a discount on a named shop product, and should be priced as one. PlayerAuctions’ gift-delivered shelf showed the Super Key Bundle at $3.72 and the Legendary at $31.61; G2G’s Roblox items market showed the 1,100-key Legendary bundle from $24.67. Three live prices for the same named bundle is a comparison a buyer can actually make.

Buying Keys

Three verified vendors trade Keys and bundles — Eldorado’s market, PlayerAuctions’ gift-delivered shelf and G2G’s Roblox items market — and every verified flow delivers by in-game gift or meet on your username alone. The full comparison, the account-handover warning and the checklist are in our RIVALS buying guide. See also the RIVALS page and the progression guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you farm Keys in RIVALS?

Only the trickle: Daily Tasks feed Prize Wheels, daily Login Rewards pay for showing up, and events add their own task currency. The bulk supply is bundles — bought in the shop for Robux or traded below shop price. There is no repeatable Key grind.

What do Keys buy in RIVALS?

Skin Cases. Keys open cases, and cases pay out weapon skins and cosmetics — nothing that changes your stats. The exception that prices the account market is discontinued stock like the Keyper skin, which no case sells today.

Do event currencies carry over in RIVALS?

No. Update 24’s notes state the Spooky Event’s Candy disappears when the event ends (the window runs to November 6, 2026, Pacific time). Spend event currency inside its window.

How are bought RIVALS bundles delivered?

By in-game gift or an in-game meet, on your username — PlayerAuctions sellers gift the bundle after a friend request, Eldorado’s market has you meet the seller. No verified flow asks for your Roblox password; our buying guide covers the one exception-shaped product, whole accounts.
