DragonMU Server Profile

DragonMU markets itself as a true free-to-play lifetime server rather than a short-lived seasonal project, having run continuously since March 2023 — a notably long run in a private-server scene where most servers cycle every few months. Its economy is deliberately generous, aimed at letting players reach end-game gear without spending money.

Wipe & Reset History

DragonMU follows the same pattern common to MU Online private servers: rather than wiping, the project periodically opens new season/part servers (e.g. Season 20 Part 2-3, Season 21 Part 2) alongside its existing ones.

Wipe and fresh-server announcements for DragonMU are posted on dragon.mu first.
