Quest Priorities
Yellow main-plot quests give the most XP and have a teleport button, so use it. Blue side quests mainly give Valor Stones for skills; do them when they are on your path. The purple Hongmoon class questline gives free skill books.
Small Boosts
Food buffs from vendors and quest rewards add a little XP, and login and event rewards hand out XP boosters. LootBar gives no percentages for either.
