Stylist Rank
Open your Pear-Pal and choose Courses to see your rank. Game8 explains that each rank has two bars to fill: the left one from Daily Wishes, the right one from Advanced Courses, which are achievement-style tasks. Daily Wish points are capped at 500 a day, so the daily bar is the slow part and Advanced Courses are where you can catch up.
Each rank gives one Resonite Crystal and a badge, alternating Bling and Energy Crystals, and the final rank gives Momo a special outfit (Game8). Dexerto names the first ranks Junior Stylist and then Skilled Stylist.

Each milestone also pays 5 Diamonds, so clearing courses funds pulls as well as ranks.
Insight and the Heart of Infinity
Insight unlocks skills in the Heart of Infinity; every skill needs a set amount, and the thresholds climb further along the tree (PCGamesN). You earn it one point at a time in five types (Collection, Bug-Catching, Fishing, Animal Grooming and Combat) by doing those activities.
The faster route is trading in the Realm of Nourishment. Each Fufu takes one kind of material: plants (Loving Fufu), insects (Joy Fufu), fish (Lazy Fufu), animal materials (Fear Fufu) and Esseling materials (Angry Fufu). Items of brown rarity or better are accepted and rarer items give more. PCGamesN lists the Vital Energy cost at 20 for brown items and 40 for blue, rising in steps of 20. The Epic Games Store guide puts it at 10 Insight per point of Vital Energy spent there.
Mira Level Bonuses
Your Mira Level raises what the Realm of Nourishment pays. PCGamesN lists +25% Insight at level 15, +75% at level 25 and +100% at level 35. Leveling Mira first makes every later trade worth more.
Spending Vital Energy
- Vital Energy caps at 350 a day (Epic Games Store), so spend it daily rather than letting it sit at the cap.
- Put most of it into the Realm of Nourishment for the Insight type your next Heart of Infinity skill needs.
- Keep some for the Realm of the Dark (Bouldy challenges) when you need rare materials such as Bedrock Crystals.
