What the Terms Say
Joy Net Games' Terms and Service (Joy Mobile Network Pte. Ltd.) govern the account in §2.3: “You may not transfer your account as well as any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else or share your account information with others without our prior consent.” §2.6 removes the ownership argument entirely: players agree they have “no ownership or other property interest” in the account, and that all rights in and to it are owned by Joy Net Games.
§3.3.8 covers the money. Unless Joy Net offers an official trading system or specifies otherwise, players may not transfer Virtual Money or Virtual Goods in any way once purchased — the clause names “attempting to trade the Virtual Money and/or Virtual Goods within our Game with real money/real items via any unauthorized third-party platforms”, and separately bans providing “mediation, intermediary, or agency service” for such trades. That is the account-sale and recharge economy described and prohibited in a single paragraph. §6.1 sets the remedies: restricting the character or the login, removing content, suspending or terminating the account and every character under it, restoring game data to its pre-breach state, or legal action.
The Official Routes
Gems and Diamonds are Legend of Mushroom's official top-up currency: they are bought directly, through in-app purchases in the App Store and Google Play versions or through official top-up resellers — they are not player-farmed, and the game has no system for moving them between accounts. That is why the MMODude game page wires no Gem sellers at all. A peer-to-peer “Gem top-up” would have to arrive by someone logging into your account and recharging it, which is the “third-party recharge” Joy Net names as a violation in §6.4. If you spend, spend on your own account, through the stores.
What Can Go Wrong
- The transfer is the offence. An account sale breaches §2.3 the moment it happens, and §2.6 means the buyer acquires no ownership interest Joy Net will recognise — support will deal with the original registrant, not the buyer.
- “Third-party recharge” is policed as its own violation. Under §6.4, if Joy Net's monitoring shows an account's virtual currency or items were obtained through theft, third-party recharge or plug-ins, it may block, suspend or terminate the account and delete the relevant data. Cheap Gem offers are the usual vector.
- Chargebacks claw the currency back. §6.2 covers players who refund themselves without consent: Joy Net may deduct the top-up currency and event rewards and restrict access. A seller who recharges your account and later reverses the payment leaves you holding the deduction.
- The wired market is thin, and server-bound. On MMODude's October 2026 check, iGItems listed 4 geared accounts at about €56 to €239, mostly on the SEA server, with a request form for other servers. An account on a server you don't play is worth a fraction of its listing price.
- Screenshots prove nothing. Gear, class progress and pull history are the account's value; verify them in game before escrow releases, not from a listing gallery.
Red Flags to Avoid
- “Gems delivered player-to-player” — no transfer function for Gems exists.
- Gem top-ups priced far under the in-app rates — the stock behind them is usually third-party recharge or chargeback-funded, and §6.4 puts the loss on the account.
- Any top-up that asks for your account password instead of being bought on your own account, by you.
- Account listings with no server stated, or a server you don't play on.
- Sellers who refuse marketplace escrow or push payment off-platform.
Buying Checklist
- Buy Gems only in the app stores or through an official top-up route — never as a “delivery” to your account by a stranger.
- If you buy an account regardless: full login transfer at handover, change the password immediately, and verify gear and progress in game before escrow releases.
- Match the account's server to the one you play on — the wired listings skew heavily to SEA.
- Keep payment inside marketplace escrow (G2G's buyer protection, iGItems' refund promise) and keep the order records.
- Start small: iGItems' whole shelf on our check ran about €56 to €239, so there is never a reason to wire large sums off-platform.
The Safe Alternatives
The free Gem supply is the game itself: Legend of Mushroom is an idle RPG whose lamp pulls, events and alliance play drip Gems and gear without spending, and new-server carnivals front-load thousands of draws for fresh accounts. If you do spend, the app stores are the route Joy Net itself operates. The reviewed account sellers on the Legend of Mushroom game page are listed for comparison; this guide's bottom line is that Gems should only ever be bought officially, and an account is a transfer its own Terms prohibit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you buy Legend of Mushroom Gems from other players?
No. Gems and Diamonds are official top-up currency with no player-to-player transfer system, and §3.3.8 of Joy Net Games’s Terms bans trading Virtual Money or Virtual Goods for real money via unauthorized third-party platforms. Gems reach an account only by being bought on that account — in-app purchases or official top-up routes. A “Gem delivery” offer means someone recharging your account, the “third-party recharge” §6.4 names as a violation.
Can you buy Legend of Mushroom accounts?
Marketplaces list them — MMODude wires two account sellers for the game, iGItems (MMODude score 4.6/5) and G2G (4.1/5), and iGItems had 4 geared accounts on our October 2026 check at about €56 to €239, mostly on the SEA server — but §2.3 of the Terms bans transferring an account without Joy Net’s prior consent and §2.6 gives the player no ownership interest in it. The purchase itself is the breach, and the risk sits with the buyer.
What is “third-party recharge” and why does it matter?
It is Joy Net Games’s name for top-ups bought outside the official channels. §6.4 groups it with account theft and plug-ins: if monitoring data shows an account’s virtual currency or items were obtained that way, Joy Net may block, suspend or terminate the account and delete the relevant data. §6.2 adds the chargeback version — top-ups a player refunds without consent can be deducted from the account, with event rewards.
Is there a Legend of Mushroom boosting market?
None that MMODude could verify: our game page checked G2G, Eldorado and PlayerAuctions and found no active boosting listings for Legend of Mushroom, so accounts are the only wired category. A booster would also need your login, and §2.3 prohibits sharing your account information.
