The Brawl Stars Wiki lists the power points and coins for each power level up to 9:

Ability Costs

Where Coins and Power Points Come From
- Brawl Pass: the biggest single source of both; the paid track adds more (TopUpLive).
- Starr Drops: random rewards from matches and daily wins, including coins.
- Trophy Road and Mastery: coin and power point rewards at milestones.
- Club events and the Mega Pig: a steady weekly amount for active clubs.
- Shop: power points cost 2 coins each in the daily offers, per the wiki, and power points beyond what a brawler needs convert back to coins at the same rate.
Is the Brawl Pass Worth It?
The Brawl Stars Wiki lists the paid Brawl Pass at $6.99 a season ($2.99 for new buyers or anyone who has not bought it in six months) and Brawl Pass Plus at $9.99, which adds a 20% progression boost. The pass has 50 tiers, and gems can skip a tier for 30 each.
Pass XP comes from quests: the wiki lists 200 XP for small quests (two a day without the pass, three with it), 500 XP for medium quests and 1,000 XP for special quests. Because pass progress comes from quests, the paid pass only pays off if you play most days; otherwise the free track still pays coins and power points.
Gems
Gems are mostly bought. Small amounts come from the Brawl Pass free track and events.
