MLB The Show 26 Stubs & Sellers

Compare reviewed Stub sellers for Sony’s baseball sim — a franchise page, and the current edition is MLB The Show 26, released in March 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. Stubs are the virtual currency behind Diamond Dynasty, and unusually for a sports title the game has a real in-game marketplace: player cards genuinely buy and sell for Stubs on the Community Market. That market is also how third-party Stubs are delivered — and the game’s Online Code of Conduct lists buying or selling in-game currency for real-world money as a violation, with suspension the stated risk. Both halves of that sentence matter; read the buying guide first.

Game Update 19 — Player Likeness Update

  • Game Update 19 (Ver. 1.019) went live October 1, 2026 at 4AM PT: its patch notes are a player-likeness pass covering dozens of players — among them Manny Machado, Xander Bogaerts, Byron Buxton and Paul Blackburn — taking effect with the October 2 roster update.
  • The update landed the same day Diamond Dynasty’s 2026 Postseason programs began rolling out (the Wild Card programs went live October 1, with Championship Series programs following October 16).
  • Enforcement is part of this cycle’s patch picture: Game Update 1.017 (September 1) rewrote the Code of Conduct to explicitly ban promoting third-party Stubs purchasing, with suspensions or permanent bans for promoters.
For buyers

Postseason is Diamond Dynasty’s last big market of the year: 99 OVR Postseason cards and the Stubs to buy them on the community market peak while the real playoffs run — and the 1.017 conduct change is the standing warning that promoted Stubs selling now draws bans, not just quiet enforcement.

MLB The Show 26 Stub Sellers

3 VENDORS

Stubs are sold officially only through the platform stores — the PlayStation Store’s own pages describe Stubs as “a virtual currency used for all in-game purchases” — and they can also be earned in play, including by selling cards you do not need on the Community Market. Third-party delivery rides that same Community Market: you list a card at an agreed Stub price and the seller buys it, so the Stubs land as a sale (minus the market’s cut) with no login shared. Two rules shape every order. First, the platform lock: the game’s official FAQ notes Stubs bought on one platform stay on that platform even though cross-progression carries the rest, so order for the platform you play on. Second, the risk: the Online Code of Conduct prohibits buying or selling in-game currency for real-world money, so these listings are shown for comparison, not endorsement. PlayerAuctions is the wired Stub marketplace; Eldorado also runs a category.

No dedicated MLB The Show boosting marketplace was verified on a reviewed marketplace in our October 2026 review, so this section carries no listings. Program and ranked grinding services exist informally for sports titles generally, but none on a reviewed marketplace could be verified for The Show 26.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are bought Stubs delivered in MLB The Show?

Through the Community Market, the game’s own card marketplace. You list a player card at the Stub price agreed with the seller, the seller buys it, and the Stubs reach you as a market sale — no password is part of that delivery, and a seller who asks for your platform login is selling a different, riskier service. The game’s Online Code of Conduct nonetheless prohibits buying in-game currency for real-world money, so the ban risk sits with the buyer.

Do Stubs carry between PlayStation, Xbox and Switch?

The balance does not. Per the game’s official FAQ, Stubs bought on one platform stay on that platform, even though cross-progression carries your content between platforms. Earn and spend with that split in mind, and order any third-party Stubs for the platform whose balance you actually use.

Is it safe to buy MLB The Show Stubs from these sites?

This page lists 3 reviewed sellers for MLB The Show, and each one has its own MMODude review covering delivery speed, customer support, pricing and trust. The highest-rated is IGGM at 4.5/5. None of them scores under 4.0. Whichever you pick, start with a small first order and pay through the seller’s own checkout.

What's the difference between currency sellers, account sellers and boosting services?

This page lists 3 stub sellers and 1 boosting service. Currency sellers deliver in-game currency directly to your account. Account sellers sell established or geared MLB The Show accounts. Boosting services have a player carry you through content on your own account.

How often are these rankings updated?

Rankings follow the MMODude score on each seller’s review and are re-sorted whenever a score changes. The 3 reviews behind this page were last checked on October 13, 2026. The Patch Watch card above tracks the latest MLB The Show update (1.019, Game Update 19 — Player Likeness Update, released Oct 1, 2026) and is re-checked on a schedule.
