Know Before You Buy
The latest update and the trading rules for WAKFU, from the publisher and the sources listed.
Ranching, account chest and Archmonsters
- Update 1.92 (June 16, 2026) added the Haven Paddock ranching system with six breedable monster families and a new Lucky Charm equipment type.
- The account chest gained search, sorting, item locking and quick transfer, and Archmonsters were overhauled with new Masks, Archispheres and Souliquaries.
- Several classes were rebalanced, including Ecaflip, Xelor, Sram and Masqueraider, and the Crackler, Strich and Blibli monsters and dungeons were reworked.
Nothing in the 1.92 notes changes the market tax or the Kama Stone exchange, so buying kamas works as it did before the update.

How Trading Works in WAKFU
- Market
- Shared auction houses, listing tax from 5%
- Direct trade
- Yes, no tax, short security delay
- Official route
- Kama Stones, bought with Ogrines
- Market listings cost at least 5% of the lot price for 28 days, half that for 14 days and a third for 7.
- Each account can have up to 400 active listings.
Shops trade the kamas to your character directly in game. Kama Stones do the same thing officially, moving kamas from another player instead of creating new ones.
Whatever the method, a seller never needs your password or a 2FA code to deliver. Anyone who asks for them is asking for your account.
