Unlocking Ranked
ProSettings lists two requirements: at least 100 hours of unranked play and a phone number linked to your Steam account. The hours are the real gate, and they are the time to learn heroes, last-hitting and the map.
Calibration and Rank Confidence
Calibration starts with your first ranked game. Until Rank Confidence reaches 30% you only see an uncalibrated MMR; the medal appears after that. ProSettings says strong confidence usually takes 10 to 40 matches, and MMR swings are bigger while confidence is low, so early games matter most.
