Three Bewitched Duster Mounts
- gamigo’s official patch notes for September 8, 2026 add one thing: a new mount, the Bewitched Duster.
- The same note adds two more mounts — the Elegant Bewitched Duster and the Duster of the Seas — and that is the complete contents of the patch: a maintenance update with cosmetic mounts only, which is typical of RIFT’s current support level.
- The cadence around it is small but regular: dated patch-notes posts landed July 14, July 28, August 4, August 18 and September 8, 2026 on the official riftgame.com news feed, interspersed with event posts (Autumn Harvest 2026 was announced October 14) — minor mounts, event reruns and fixes, not expansions.
Nothing in a mounts-only maintenance patch moves account value: three cosmetic Dusters are the whole update, so RIFT accounts continue to price on their characters, gear and event history — the honest read on this feed is that the game is maintained, not growing.
