- Version 2.3, “Friends From Afar”, landed October 15, 2026, per NetEase / Everstone Studio’s official patch notes: it adds the game’s first “Theme Region”, Qingzhou (Eastern Peak) — with the Mount Penglai sub-region following on October 29 — the new Inkbound Order sect, the Waist Drum / Ribbon Drum weapon, and three new World Bosses (Tidewatcher, Old Raftsman and Shuttlecock Champion).
- The same update made Solo and Trio modes in Arena: Transdust Ruins available all day, and added AFK detection with penalties plus a “Ready Check” feature to Hero’s Realm and Sword Trial matchmaking teams, per the official notes.
- A follow-up official post on October 16, 2026 lists 25 optimizations and bug fixes, including the PlayStation Echo Bead count display, Inkbound Order entrance-exam questions failing to display, and a significant cast-speed increase for the Infernal Twinblades skill Greed Bane – Soul.
- Numbered versions land monthly (2.1 in early September, 2.2 on September 16, 2.3 on October 15, 2026) with smaller fix posts between them, and Season S5 “Ever Aflame” runs until November 26, 2026.
Qingzhou progression and Inkbound Order membership are the new account markers, with Mount Penglai still to open on October 29 — and Season S5 closes November 26, so season-linked cosmetics and progress price against that deadline.
