Key points

  • Service transfers from Amazon Games to NCsoft with maintenance on Tuesday, November 10, 2026.
  • The auction house and purchases of specific cash shop products are suspended from Monday, October 26.
  • Characters, items, currency and progression carry over, and cross-platform play continues.
  • Players can opt out of the data handover, but opting out means starting fresh.

The dates

When the move was announced on August 12, neither publisher had named a transition date, and traders were left asking what would happen to auction house listings and pending Lucent payments. MassivelyOP reported on October 8 that the official transition post now answers the timing: the auction house and the purchase of specific cash shop products are temporarily suspended on Monday, October 26, and the maintenance that moves the service to NCsoft begins on Tuesday, November 10. No start time or duration for the maintenance has been announced yet, and players are advised to watch the game’s social channels for those details.

What carries over

The post’s FAQ confirms that the maintenance carries over characters, items, currency and progression, that account information is still maintained, and that cross-platform play remains supported under NCsoft. Players who do not want their data handed over can submit an opt-out request, but that means starting fresh if they want to play the game again.

What it means for buyers

Finish auction house business before October 26: once the marketplace closes, a trade cannot settle until NCsoft reopens it. Lucent balances and listed items are stated to carry over, so there is no need to dump inventory ahead of the move. Our earlier coverage of the Amazon exit announcement has the background, and reviewed sellers are on our Throne and Liberty page.
