Know Before You Buy
Trading rules, season dates and the latest patch for Rocket League, from the publisher’s own statements.
v2.78
- Version 2.78 mid-season patch, per secondary corroboration (not the Psyonix page itself): skippable intro cinematic and full-loadout shop previews.
- Trade-In favorite icons plus crash, login and inventory fixes, per the same corroboration.
Trade-Ins change the math on duplicate stock: three duplicate Black Market items now convert into a fresh one, which puts a floor under duplicate inventories on an account — and Top 100 leaderboard Titles are the new prestige marker at the top end of the market.

Rocket League Credits: Marketplace Status
Psyonix (via Epic Games) permanently removed player-to-player trading from Rocket League in December 2023. Credits can no longer be traded between players in any form, so third-party "credit selling" is no longer a real service — Credits can only be purchased directly through the official in-game Item Shop. Any site still advertising third-party Rocket League credit delivery is describing something the current game can't actually do.

MMODude may earn a commission from vendors listed above. This does not affect our rankings. Where a row shows a star rating with a review count, it comes from a public review platform at the time of our research and changes over time; “MMODude score” is our own editorial score. We do not show vendor prices, because they move constantly: compare live offers at each vendor before you buy.
