UniPin Review

What Is UniPin?

UniPin (PT UniPin Online Game Voucher) is an Indonesian game top-up and payments platform run from Tangerang, operating for roughly 15 years. It sells direct top-ups for thousands of games from 300+ publishers, plus its own UniPin Credits voucher system - buy a voucher at a convenience store or online, redeem the PIN as balance, and spend it on top-ups. That cash-and-voucher model, alongside e-wallets, bank transfers and carrier billing, is its strength across Southeast Asia, where many gamers have no bank card. For Wartune Ultra it is an official distributor of Balens top-ups, delivered by game ID.

Its Trustpilot rating is 4.5/5, the highest headline number among the top-up stores we review - but it rests on just 70 reviews since December 2024, and a visible share of the recent five-star ones are event and booth praise rather than purchase reports. The negative reviews have a pattern: payments taken for top-ups that showed as 'failed', invalid voucher serials, and refunds paid as UniPin Credits balance instead of money back. To its credit, UniPin replies to complaints actively, in the reviewer's own language, escalates cases to regional support teams, and some reviewers have updated their reviews after a resolution.

Its 4.5/5 Trustpilot rating rests on only 70 reviews, and recent complaints describe payments taken for top-ups that showed as failed, with refunds offered as store credit instead of money back.

Before You Order From a Marketplace

UniPin’s lowest sub-score is Delivery Speed (3.7), so get the delivery window in writing before you pay and start with a small order.
Confirm how the marketplace holds your payment: many use escrow-style protection that releases funds to the seller only after you confirm delivery, and the exact terms differ by platform.
Check the specific seller's or listing's own rating on the marketplace, not just the platform's overall score.
Start with a smaller order before committing to a large purchase, especially with a new seller.

The first point comes from this page’s own findings on UniPin; the rest are general checks for any marketplace. Scores are editorial assessments (see Our Review Process) and are compared only with vendors reviewed on MMODude.
