Verified VendorEstablished account marketplace with 1,000+ genuine Trustpilot reviews — but a real, repeated complaint pattern worth knowing about before selling or buying.

AccountWarehouse is a real, established account marketplace with over 1,000 genuine Trustpilot reviews spanning years — buying and selling accounts across WoW, OSRS, RS3, League of Legends, Clash of Clans and other titles. When we re-checked Trustpilot in September 2026 it showed a 2.6/5 TrustScore across 1,001 reviews, 75% five-star and 15% one-star, with only 1 review in the last 12 months and no replies to negative reviews.
Many reviews describe smooth, straightforward transactions on both the buying and selling side. But we found a specific, repeated complaint pattern serious enough to flag directly rather than average away into a generic score.
Multiple Trustpilot reviews describe a specific pattern: months after selling an account to AccountWarehouse, the seller is contacted and accused of "recovering" it themselves — with threats of debt collectors and legal action — even when the seller maintains they had no involvement. One reviewer alleges this is a deliberate cycle: sell the account, recover it later, then resell the assets the original owner built up. Separately, multiple reviews describe paid account insurance/warranty not being honored when an account was recovered by its original owner. If you're selling an account here, we'd recommend keeping thorough documentation of the entire transaction.
